Not every event needs an all singing, all dancing registration platform, but that doesn’t mean it has to compromise on the quality of its badging. EAS Elements is an easy to use online badge printing system, hosted on EAS cloud badge servers which ensures your event makes a good first, and lasting, impression on attendees.
Data can be imported into the system using a CSV template or input individually within the user interface. Multiple attendee types would be available with the facility to add within the interface if required.
Badge templates on PDFs can be designed to a set template by the client and uploaded into the system or logos can be uploaded into two pre-specified places on the template. Badge templates are assigned to attendee type. Merge fields for the badge details and attendee type are pre-set on the template and can be toggled on and off as required. Barcodes would not normally be required as tracking would not be necessary but can be added.
Badges can be pre-printed on any laserjet printer and in addition print files can be pre-prepared as pdfs, downloaded and emailed to print from other computer terminals if required.
The system offers simple reporting in the form of pre-set Excel extracts showing attendee type / attendee details / printed date, so that attendance and badge collection lists can be managed.
A full system training and user manual is provided, and remote assistance is also available for any queries and additional assistance.
Once initial training is provided, this system is easily self-managed and used within the office for pre-printed badges or onsite with minimal technical knowledge. Because the system is online, multiple laptops can be used to log into the system without the need for networking.
Onsite printing can be via USB set up direct to individual printer.

Each event can have its own badge size and layout and each badge type can have its own choice of information printed on the badge.
Hosting & Security
All EAS platforms are hosted in a secure facility in a cloud environment and all systems are backed up on a daily basis. In addition, each of our systems runs on servers with 5 raid hard drives meaning that if one drive fails, the system is able to seamlessly switch to another drive.
